Wow, I’ve been bad at updating this website! I’ve been too focused on the Facebooks and such. Luckily, after the last election, I’ve decided to take a break from Facebook for a bit until things calm down there.
Been playing around. Did a few shows with Radio Nationals. My lovely wife Christina has been sitting in with us on a few songs. Our drummer Jeff got married, and requested that we learn Let It Be from Frozen for the reception. Umm… Well, we did it. Christina sang. Actually, all jokes aside, it was a lot of fun.
Did a solo show at Hattie’s Hat a couple of weeks ago. Tons of fun. Working on new songs. Not quite sure what form they’re going to take yet. Solo record? Maybe. Radio Nationals? Maybe. New project? Maybe. We’ll see where the songs lead.
Anyway, thanks for checking in! Stay tuned for updates.
I’ll be sitting in with Carrie Akre at the West Seattle Summerfest on Sunday, July 13th at 2pm. Come on down!
Hey everyone. My good friends in the band Massy Ferguson have graciously offered to back me up. So, we’ll be playing a show on April 18th at Darryl’s Tavern with two great bands, The Legendary Oaks and Memphis Radio Kings!
After that, I’m doing a Radio Nationals sit down acoustic show in the back room of Hattie’s Hat on May 15th with Carrie Akre! Good times.
I’ve got a few upcoming shows:
Sept 21st: Rendezvous Theater w/ Teacher Teacher 10:30pm
Sept 28th: Springsteen Tribute show @ The Royal Room 9pm
Oct 13th: Hotel Utah, San Francisco, with Steve Kaul. 8pm
Guess it’s been a while. Two years, to be exact. Well, I’m happy to announce that I have several shows coming up, and I’d love it if you guys could come to one or all of them.
The first is this Friday, May 3rd at the fabulous Sunset Tavern in Ballard. I’ll be on first, followed by Red Heart Alarm and then Local Dudes. Doors are at 8:30 and show is at 9:30. $8.
I’ll update the rest of the shows as I get more details, including the upcoming Radio Nationals reunion show!
Just a quick reminder that I’m going to be at the Sunset Tavern tonight at 9pm. I know, I know, Bobby Bare, Jr. is playing tonight as well. But, it’s just down the street at the Tractor Tavern, so there’s really no reason you can’t do both! And, if you live near Yakima (or just feel like a little Spring Road Trip), come to Yakima on Saturday night. Should be one hell of a show!
Who came out to the Tractor Tavern show. What a great birthday that was. There are a couple of new shows listed on the shows page. Check it out.
Well, I figured since I’m playing again, it was time to update the old web site and actually start posting stuff again. Busy trying to get this thing up and running for now, but wanted to say hello to everyone and welcome you.
The site is pretty basic for now, but I’m going to do my best to spice it up in the coming weeks. For now, I thought I should just get something up that’s actually up to date.
